The opening guitar riffing reminded me a bit of David Bowie's "Stay", which is pretty cool in my book... and that's a gorgeous break you've got in this!
Once again, the layering of instruments makes this really sweet... it seems you have quite a knack for fitting everything into its' proper place in the mixes... and that makes for a very substantial, yet relaxing feel. Very cool work; keep 'em coming!

the guitar pickin is sweet! 
some of the drums came off hit or miss to me, in parts its overwhelming, but in others it sets into a nice groove, particular towards the end
solid enough track
